Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are necessary! San Diego Bike & Kayak Tours does require reservations to book our tours and reserve some rental equipment. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel. No problem! If you need to cancel, please give us a courtesy phone call at (858) 454-1010 by 5 p.m. the day prior to your tour time or rental reservation. All reservations must be cancelled by the close of business one day prior to the reservations. All tours and reserved rentals must be cancelled by phone by 5 p.m. the day before the reservation to avoid cancellation fees. Terms and conditions of payment: All online ticket sales are final, except due to inclement weather. Otherwise, all online tickets are non-refundable. For phone reservations, we do take a credit card to hold your spot for capacity purposes. However, it is to hold your spot and you can choose your method of payment upon arrival; it is not pre-paid, unless you elect this option at the time of reservation. If you choose to prepay for an advance reservation discount offer, this charge is non-refundable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, traveler's checks, and cash. No personal checks will be accepted. Cancellations Fees: If you are assessed a cancellation fee, you may apply that charge to a reservation at a later time. Groups: All group reservations need to be cancelled five or more days prior to scheduled tour; otherwise, there will be an assessed 50% non refundable deposit fee charged to the credit card on file. Group reservations require advance cancellations. Please ask when making group reservations about the applicable cancellation deposit. A "group" is six or more people that have been given a special group discount. Cancellation process: In the event of a cancellation, please call us by 5 p.m. the day before your tour or rental reservations. Any tours not cancelled by 5 p.m. the day before the scheduled tour will be charged the full amount of the tour. Our address is 2222 Avenida De La Playa. All no shows (with no phone cancellation) will be assessed the full amount of the tour, so be sure to check into the correct store!! Please be sure you check into the correct address! Holidays and Weekends: Special summer holidays and weekends require a 24 hour cancellation, or the full amount of the tour price will be assessed for cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead. Holiday weekends are defined as Fri.- Mon. for Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekend.
